Terms of Fees and Billing:

• That the Trader will get “Basic Option Service” for “Quarterly” for which trader has to pay Rs. 31250/- + GST.
• That the Payment Mechanism of the service will be as following

1. 1st Quarter - Rs.31250/-
2. 2nd Quarter - Rs.31250/-
3. 3rd Quarter - Rs.31250/-
4. 4th Quarter - Rs.31250/-

• That the Trader has to renew the service on or before the expiry of the Invoice tenure.
• That the Payment Mechanism of the service will be as following
• That all the fees of Investment Advisor, Trader need to pay in advance.
• That Trader shall have to provide receipt of payment of fee.
• That Trader can only make the fee payment to Investment Advisor through cheque/ Demand Drafts or by way of direct credit to the bank accounts through NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS/ UPI.
• That one the service duration will be over Trader need to renew the service by paying the fee in advance.
• That Investment Advisor will provide Invoice to Trader in which Date and the Validity of service will be mentioned.
